What's the Tour de Suisse?

Just kidding. It's a motorized bike race right? ;)

It's fun to watch both the race and the scenery. Such lovely roads!
Today's stage goes over some passes I'd definitely like to ride.

The Cav thing is interesting. I wonder if this will be a blow to his domination at the TdF. I kinda hope so.

And thank you Versus! The racing coverage has been remarkablr this year.

Cavendish is a SOB who doesn't deserve to race with the peloton his chopping move during the sprint was so blatent he should be suspended. That entire crash was his fault, he's a petulant little prick. ahhh no I never really liked him.

i thought lance turned in quite a performance yesterday.
leading the chase group on the descent and to the line
really impressed me!
yesterday's stage was truly the mother of stages...

in the post race melee...

'i cannot promise we will win the tour de france
but i promise we will try to win the tour de france.'

'3rd in the tour de luxembourg
2nd in the tour de suisse...
...you do the math on the next race...'

lance was humble, likeable and looked to be in great form

So, what DID happen with Cavendish's wheel there? In the video it looks like it collapsed and then a second later it was back to its original shape. I've watched the video at least 10 times trying to figure it out. Was it just a function of the camera?

From the pic, it looks like he has submerged it into the asphalt via sheer force!

Rumor going around that there is a petition circulating among the TdF teams to try to get Cavendish removed from the race...

Remove him? Why? Because no one can catch him?

That was a great finish. Neither Armstrong nor F. Schleck thought they would catapult into one-two. Maybe Lance is on target in recovery, but hes got of a lot o work to do to improve his time trialing in a few weeks. Brakovich and Horner made the TDF squad so the shack is stacked. Hope its truly an epic battle.
