Hi,
I ride a Serotta Ottrott ST with Shim DA 9 speed group. Love the bike and am satisfied with the 9 speed but the 7900 group is calling my name.
Anybody made this same move and was it worth the upgrade $ ?
I think the classic 9 speed DA "look" probably goes better with the classic Ottrott look but the 7900 performance is likely better.
FYI, I recently upgraded from Mavic Ksyrium SL wheels to HED Ardennes and could not be happier with that upgrade. It was well worth it.
What's a DA 9 speed group worth, $500, on the used market?
