Found a bike, a Dean mtn bike, on craigslist for a great price. It has a few dings in the top tube and one in the middle of the tube that could almost be called a dent, maybe the size of a finger nail. If it weren't Ti it wouldn't be a question but I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary or flexy when I road the bike. Thoughts? Should I just stay away from it, or will I probably be fine unless I crash hard on that spot again?

Thanks

If it really is a great price I'd buy it and ride it. If it does fail it will most likely do so in a very graceful manner (i.e. slow crack growth) and you won't be risking your life. (Lack of flex doesn't tell you anything about whether or not the dings / dent are an issue.)

I'd define "great price" as something less than what you could get if you sold the major components (but not the frame) on e-bay.
