Any update on his case??

I e-mailed VeloNews asking that same question yesterday. I‘m sure with the pull I have with them--after all, they DID publish my letter to the editor!--they will have the entire Tyler Investigative Team (otherwise knows as the T.I.T. Squad) activated and on the case in no time.

The hearing was over on March 2, but as far as I can tell it still has not been officially “closed”--which would force a ruling in ten days. I believe Tyler’s last comment on his web site was from March 11, and he refers to the large amount of evidence the hearing officers had to consider.

But why would they leave it “open” THIS long? To wait for new evidence? To avoid making a decision? To see what happened to Perez before they figure out what the f*ck they’re gonna do? Are there other hearings that have been left open this long before?

I’m wondering, too . . .
