ok - I just need a set of ok skewers for a pair of askium wheels. Can't find the original set...

Any advice on what works well with them? I was thinking salsa... usually I go with campy but they just don't look right with them...

advice and source?

Man, just get a set of Shimano's and be done with it. They have black or silver and cannot be beat.

My Zipps are solid, and superlight.

While it may be on a CSI frankenbike, it is all Campy. Different years, some black, some silver - so ShimaNO is not an option or there will be a major eruption in Italy...

I might just use the Campy skewers I have. Black wheels would just look better with black skewers... but, then again, it is a frankenbike.

Lots of skewers are light but painful to use or dont hold the wheel securely.
Zipps have a comfy lever and hold great. Mine weigh 86 grams for the pair.

The title got me hungry and thinking about the grill, but y'all are still talking 'bout bike parts. Ride to eat, throw some shrimp and onions on them skewers!
