Fizik Aliante Q

I am hoping that I can get some help understanding what the current versions of the Aliante are. I have an Aliante that I purchased in 2005 which I just put back on my bike (after trying many other saddles). This has Ti rails and red leather cover. I know that the Ti rail version has been replaced with kium rails but this version does not show up on the Fizik web site. Has it been discontinued and now you can only get the carbon rail version? Speaking of the carbon rail version, looking at various web sites, e.g. Excel Sports, I see that some are listed with leather cover and some with microtex, which is the current version? Is microtex better than leather? Has the structural design of the saddle changed over the last five years? Finally, what impressions/opinions do people have that use the carbon rail version? TIA and sorry for all of the questions.
