Good price on an item I want but am a bit shy from other reseller experiences.

I have great success with them in the past. That being said, I do remember once when shipping to me seemed a bit slow...

But, all in all, they have been a pleasure to do business with.

Good luck!

Solid. I don't think they keep stock though. Not sure what that is referred to as? A "wholesaler" ?

<< that be completely wrong

With that said, I have ordered multiple items from them on a couple occasions without disappointment.

i've had good luck with them too. i did call them about an order though, and they confirmed they dont stock much, if anything, they just get stuff drop shipped from other venders.

that said, their customer service was great, i wouldnt hesitate to order from them again.

it turns out i am in their top 50 for orders submitted. not dollars spent. but many many dollars have been spent. i have never ever had an issue. and the owner will always be cordial.

just watch out as the returns policy is a bit stiff. so i try to know what i want prior to hitting the return key on my computer.

free shipping if ya spend more than $75.

Thanks a lot. I am looking at a pair of these and the prices seem to be a lot better than others http://aebike.com/product/handspun-pro-series-belgian-rear-dt-240s-black-hed-belgian-28h-black-dt-aerolite-black-2x-sku-we7225-qc30.htm.

I love them. They are the best source I have ever found for small items. This past week I ordered a new barrel adjuster for some 7700 D-ace brakes. Don't know that I could have found it anywhere else.

I suspect they stock nothing and order direct from QBP.

Decent prices and fairly quick shipping.

Often, I would be lost without them.

Good. Both online and in person.

They're a real brick-and-mortar bike shop in Michigan that has figured out linking directly to the QBP catalog is a winning tactic. I have ordered from them both by phone and online with great results. If you have a question about an online order, call them up and they are happy to assist. I've had excellent service from them for years.

Greg
