Where to get a keyed pedal washer?

I have a Shimano PD T-100 platform pedal that is missing the washer with the inside tab that acts as a key fitting into the pedal axle keyway - it keeps the cone from rotating when the locknut is tightened. Where can I buy one of these washers?
