Where else to find good mechanics than references by the folks on the forum. If you know someone who fits the below description, have them send a resume to Stan.

Also, if you recommended them and they come to work for Serotta- I provide you with a hat, S coffee cup, and a glass or red  Thanks PETE

Serotta is looking for an experienced mechanic with an incredible eye and attention to detail and customer service in assembling the absolute best bicycles on earth. Industry and/or Pro Team expereince is required. For more information or to send your electronic CV please contact stan@serotta.com

I'll do it as long as I don't have to press in any BB30 bottom brackets.

Shouldn't they just hire a Ford mechanic?

When you are looking for a very eager trainee let me know, I live 5 minutes from the factory. This would be my dream job, I can start tomorrow...well make that Monday!

Seems like lots of demand but very few people willing to take the jobs. Yes, I said jobs. Seven is looking for pretty much the same thing at their Ride Studio. I watched their mechanic hammer a crown race onto a fork while the dropouts were on the ground - that bends dropouts and makes it tough to get the front wheel in or out...

Dave, just wondering what it was like there. Did you have any idea what you were getting into? Thanks.
