GOT ONE - thanks for the Mountainsmith recs!

My brother used to have a cool duffel bag with separate spaces for shoes, helmet, sunglasses, etc. when he was racing. Something like this (http://reviews.roadbikereview.com/blog/new-hincapie-pro-duffel-and-hincapie-pro-pack/)...

I'd like to find something similar to help me be organized and head out quickly for the rides that don't start right out my door. I prefer duffel bag/gym bag style over backpack, but have seen some clever triathlon backpacks I'd consider. I'm not talking about something that fits on a bike rack, nor am I interested in a giant bag that could fit a full-size cooler. It doesn't have to be new or stylish -- I'm just hoping to find something functional on a low budget (<$25ish?). Anyone have something gathering dust they'd be willing to send my way?

pretty happy using this (http://www.mountainsmith.com/products.asp?productId=50&categoryId=45&subCategoryId=0&subCategory2Id=0)

I got it new for $20 with free ship no tax a few years ago from some site blowing them out.

That looks handy, something like that could definitely work. Definitely looking for used or newish cast-offs and not new/retail, thanks to the budget.

I'll add a second vote for the mountainsmith bike cube. I use it to keep all my track gear in, and it's great. Lots of compartments for tools, gears, etc.

Definitely interested in something with compartments over the one big bucket approach...still looking!
