Actual size of Kenda Small Block / Michelin Jet

Anybody know what the actual size (width) of the Kenda Small block 700x35 tire is? And also, the Michelin Jet 700x30 (I don't believe they make a 35). The Michelin tires I've used all seem to run big and I'm wonder if it's the same with the Small Blocks, Jets, or both.

My experience with other kenda cross tires, is that they run small for their size.
