I have a set of Campagnolo Record 10 carbon levers (old style) with perfect brake levers but messed up ergo-power mechanisms. Is it possible to take a set of ergo-power mechanisms from a Centaur 10 speed lever and fit them to the Record levers?

That depends on the model year of the Centaur levers. They must be 2006 or older to have the same type of mechanism as pre-2009 Record. If they are, then I believe all the parts would swap out. The only difference of significance is the Centaur ergo body has a bushing on the main pivot shaft rather than ball bearings.

Unless you know for sure what's broken in the Record lever, I'd take it apart and check it out. Most often, the problem is just the need for two new g-springs and perhaps a g-spring carrier. Those parts are both cheap.
