Trying to find frame specs

I trying to find frame specs on the MeiVici SE and the Ottrott SE.

Specifically,
-Seat post size 27.2mm or 31.6 mm (are any shims required)?
-Front Der. Clamp size?

I can't find any of that listed.

27.2mm for the post (no shims) & 35mm for the clamp.
