Greetings.
I'm looking for a comparison of handle bar measurements (reach and drop). I'm curious if there are any websites that provide a comparison across various brands and models. I've made several searches without any luck. I'm just trying to see how the Bontrager bars that I'm using compare to other makes and models. cheers.

The variations among brands and models is not that huge. Reach generally varies from 75-90mm, if it's measured by the same c-c method and drop ranges from 130-150mm.

Not all brands measure by the same method, so you might see a 112mm reach on one brand, but after you subtract 24mm to make the measurement c-c, it's really only 88mm.

Within brands you'll usually find both short reach/shallow drop models and normal reach and drop models.

The Excel Sports paper catalog has a lot of models compared.

I usually go to the manufacturers site and look at each bar. Some bars have different reach and drop for different sizes of the same model.

The info is out there if you work at it.
