Time RXS Pedal Adjustment

I have always used Look pedals (insert 10 years of running) but when I picked up my used bike it had Time RXS. Has anyone had an issue w/ the standard 2.5mm out or in on the Time cafe cleats? I need the ability to move one leg a little further in than the cleat will allow. Is my only option to buy Look pedals again since they seem to allow independent movement of the cleats?

I run Time RXS and have the same issue as you - needing one side different (further in). The cleat was not problem to adjust for me.....

How did you do it? It seems as though there is no room to slide the cleat horizontally on the back two screw locations? Do tell.
