View Full Version : Carbon bars
I'm looking for a carbon bar where the tops angle slightly forward to allow my wrists to rest in a more natural position ('natural' for my wrists). Most bars seem to be straight out which isn't quite right for me.
I'm looking for bars rather than an integrated bar/ stem combo.

i just bought an easton ec90 aero carbon bar and so far i love them. the contour and flat top gives lots of grip options.

I am not exactly sure what our looking for since it depends a lot on how you are angled/riding.
I just put on 3T Rotundo bars. This are a more traditional bar that slopes down pretty fast. This allows my hands near the palm to have a good fit but only if I am in a more race position. Bent over and riding aggressive. For cruising it is not a good position at all. Its on my race bike so thats what I wanted.

Modolo Curvissimas slope slightly downward and slightly away plus they are faily shallow in the drop and fairly short in reach (though not the sortest in either category).
