Could running DA 7900 ti cogs on this type of ti cassette body lead to cold welding issues?
Is a ti body a good idea?

Dura-Ace cassettes have Ti cogs, but have an aluminum carrier. The freehub shell on modern DA hubsets is Ti similar to white industries
My assumption is that DA would not have incompatible cassettes/freehubs

I've used loose ti cogs on 7700 ti bodies for years without issue. Just grease the splines on the freehub body and it'll be fine. Be sure to redo the grease periodically when you service the bike.
