Rainbow "serotta" decal?

How about a special edition rainbow "serotta" (seven letters, seven colors - any color order) decal just to make the gunmetal ti frame look a little more jazzy (for want of a better word)?

I'd open my wallet for a down tube sized one.

Just about any sign or graphics shop could make one for you. If you go for it, you have to post it here!

Not sure about the two links you sent, the colors weren't really doing it for me.

I think if you find colors that work for you, it would be a nice "flourish" on a Ti frame.

When you first said "rainbow" I thought you might mean arc-en-ciel type colors. That could look nice if done right.

In my opinion, you are treading on dangerous ground though; if you don't get it just right, it COULD look very bad.

I was riding along a couple of weeks ago and a car slowly overtook. The passenger window was down and the occupant of that seat stuck his head out and screamed "you gay f*#^@r".

I still don't know how he knew I was a dentist.

I was riding my Serotta, but surely that was coincidental.

I haven't stopped riding during that period. The more I ride the more I think.

The white, blue, red, black, yellow, green, white idea is a visual motif drawn from the Serotta sticker at the bottom of the seat tube, the world champion stripes design. I think it would look nice incorporated in the down tube decal.

Any sign shop can cut these letters in vinyl and you could slap them right on your steed. Take some picture and show us how it turns out.

No, it has to be the authentic Serotta decal or not at all. I'm not a train spotter type.

This is my Mark III final design, world champion color bands wrapping around the down tube within the letters of the 'Serotta' decals. It perfectly matches the UCI WC jersey color scheme. Available only on custom frames :p
