Shimano 10 Speed Shifter for small hands

Shimano has not made life any easier with the advent of the 10 speed shifter system. As of this time they do not plan to add the "small hand" shim that they did on the 9 speed ultegra system. Any suggestions?

do a search on this forum, maybe on shim. this was recently brought up and one is available.

Thanks, I'll try to find it. Already have put Poco bars on the customers bike but still need a smaller reach to brakes.
