My coach didn't seem too concerned about this but I wonder what you guys think.
I am doing a 20TT then 50 miles race on Saturday and then a fast 25mile race on Sunday.
I was thinking about reducing carbs for a few days through Wed. (about 50% carbs) then have a 1.5-2 hour ride at high zone 2 to further deplete and then increase carbs to about 75% for Thursday and Friday. About what Chris Carmichael has in one of his books.
Thoughts?
