so the michelins don't appear to have removable cores, and plus, i worry about the additional points of failure using extenders.

is there a latex tube with a ~80mm length (for 65mm rims)? if not, who makes 'em with removable cores?

surely there is something out there for the deep section rims...

Valve extenders are your friend. I have both the Vittoria extenders for removeable cores and the Zipp style that just thread on. The Zipp style is preferred. Use some teflon tape on the valve threads prior to screwing on the extender and you're good to go.

I think Challenge latex tubes have removable cores, for Vittoria extenders.
