Look Keo Wrench/tool?

Is there an actual tool to remove the axle core on the Keo pedals? I've not seen a small spanner that would do the job...any ideas that won't destroy the splines?

. . . to take off the retaining rings on my Keos to get to the bearings. Don't remember the size but it fit just about perfectly. The older Delta pedals took a special plastic tool you could order, but these new ones don't seem to need anything special, at least not in my experience.

. . . but I'm not sure exactly what it's called. Here's a pic. It's the closed end. I had a set of metric sizes and one of them fit perfectly and did the job.
