I usually do a bit of jogging in the winter but mostly ride my MTB but the winter here in southeast Iowa was so extreme this year I ended up jogging 3~4 times a week for 3 months and no bike. Now that I'm back on the bike and working to get my legs back I find I want to be more forward on the saddle like by about 20mm, it just feels right. I'm even thinking about a zero set back seat post. Only thing I can think of is all the running and no biking has somehow changed my pedal stroke ? They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks (I'm 59) but..................

and way to go being 59 and jogging 3-4 times a week during the winters of iowa. a little cross-training is always a good change of pace.

You'll likely enjoy a great riding season with the extra helping of cross-training included earlier! :beer:
