Everything comes out in the wash.
Nap briefly if truly tired and give an extra effort at work.

Studies have shown that mid-day naps are good for your brain:

On the other hand, mid-day naps are un-American. Leave naps to lazy and unproductive Europeans and South Americans. ;)

Well, you have a "have to" and a "want" there. So you have answered your own question. Personally, I love a little 15 minute nap after lunch.

whatever you do stay the heck away from here! You'll bet neither a nap nor any work done.

30 minute nap followed by a lovely dark roast french press followed by a 2 hr spin. Get it while you can..

Put your head down on your desk for 25 minutes. Better yet, crawl under your desk with a blanket and pillow.

Love the photo of the dog. Appears really totally relaxed while sleeping.

Naps are good for you.
JFK always took naps.
Occasionally alone.

Didn't want to take naps as a kid. Grampa said, "you'll wanna take a nap someday and not be able to".
Grampa was right! :)

Even squirrels have to take a pause every once in a while from their exhausting work of gathering nuts and jumping through wheels.
