rim question

I need to build a new front wheel for Christoph's track bike that's been in my use for the last two seasons. What's out there with an aero profile, 28 hole, some what light - tubular rim suitable for a track with 45 degree banking. I've ruled out $400 Zipp rims. I'm currently using a Mavic Mach 2 CD, but it's a gonner.

Ideas?

Get a new Mach 2 rim. Nashbar has them for about 20 bucks.

I just bought one. There's not much available in the tubular rims. There's box section, $400 dollar Zipp rims, but not much in-between. $20 bucks, that puts me about $50 under budget
