I need a setup for racing. Ideally, not super expensive. The biggest driver is that I want a stem with a 0 rise to be a little lower. I have good flexibility so I should be able to adapt to it. This will work better for my Aero bar position and position in general.

Light is better but I doubt that there is a ton of variance between the companies. I am running a specialized lower end set up now.

I have been running their Newton bars and Element zero (I think) stem for almost a year now and it feels very stiff to me. Not doing a large amount of racing but I am an aggressive climber and really torque the front end when out of the saddle, or so it might appear to others.

Bars (http://www.roadbikereview.com/cat/controls/handlebars/deda/PRD_50389_2498crx.aspx)

stem (http://www.competitivecyclist.com/road-bikes/product-components/2010-deda-elementi-zero100-stem-3605.249.0.html)

I think I found them for a total of $150 . . . obviously not on Comp. cyclist site

For reference I am 6'3", 160-170 lbs depending on the seaons . . . and prior to the Deda setup I used alloy ITM millenium stem and bars.

I was looking also at the ritchey wcs 4-axis stem and WCS logic II bar. Any experience on these?

I race with the Ritchey wcs 4-axis and wcs alu logic bar (not the logic II). They work for me, though I hear people complain that they are flexy. I'm 165 lb Cat 4 and my ftp is about 250 watts, so I'm not usually putting a ton of power into the bike.

I've been using 3T rotundo pro bars and a 3T pro stem for the last 3 years on two different bikes and love them.

stem: http://www.thenew3t.com/details.aspx?i=road&t=Stems&p=arx&d=PRO

bars: http://www.thenew3t.com/details.aspx?i=road&t=Dropbars&p=rotundo&d=PRO

A quick google shopping search found me the stem for $39 and the bars for $57, so this should fit into a low cost system quite well.

For reference, I'm a triathlete, 5'11", 160 in race season with an ftp of ~300.
