Sidi shoe question

I am looking to get a pair of Sidi Dominator MTB shoes. I wear a 49 in the Sidi Genius 5 but didn't know if the sizing was pretty close between the two.

I would try these on locally, but they don't carry my size at the shops.

I wear a 45 in both. Just checked the external sole length on both shoes and they're identical... That said, the road shoe fells slightly longer in the toe than the mtb shoe.

Same here. Wear a 46.5 in both, but the Genius feels a touch longer and wider. Tried a 47 in the Dominator but it was too big. Also tried a 46.5 mega but that was too wide.

I also think the dominators have a little less volume. I use a 48 in both and the genius always feels just a bit too big, even with thicker socks.

I'm a 43 in both Sidi's road and mountain line.

This is good to know, because both my Ergo and Dominator shoes in 45W fit exactly the same. AFAIK those were the only SIDI models that came in wide.
