I just tried to go to the NAHBS web site to take a look at what I'm missing and here's all I could get:

Don't know what's up with that, however, he could have left his internet domain license lapse or something.

Not a good sign with only a day to go before the doors open for the 2010 show.

Still getting the "suspended" page. Registration is good through Nov 23, 2010. This happens a lot with lower budget domains/sites that exceed their allotted bandwidth due to a sudden rise in popularity. Sometimes referred to as the "Slashdot effect".
