Guido Trenti from Quick.Step

Different publications (cyclingnews vs. Velonews) state that Guido Trenti (Quick.Step) is either from USA or Italy. Anyone know anything more? Hasn't he raced for Italy in the past? Has he raced domestically in the US?

He has an American parent but grew up in Italy. SO he really is an Italian with a us racing liscense, basically so he can ride the worlds every year on our team.
