I am helping a friend build up his new desalvo with the athena group. The ergo power cables kit came with the requisite housings and cables. There are 4 ferrules. Which housing ends get these?

They will only fit on the shifter housing, the brake housing is slightly larger. If you're like me you're probably wondering why they didn't give you any brake housing ferrules.

On the frame ends of the der housing and for the housing at the rear derailleur(4). None included but also probably the frame ends of the rear brake housing. NONE in the lever for either brake or der.

NONE in the lever for either brake or der.

No ferrules for the brake housing where it enters the levers but be sure you have ferrules on the derailleur housing.

NOT on the UT levers, mentioned 'Athena', assuming it's the new 11s version.

No ferrules in the lever for UT, 2009/2010 ERGO.
