As expected...
I needed some adjusters for a CSI I have waiting for a build... Looked everywhere for some I know I used to have in a drawer... no dice. LBS - no dice and everything is overpriced too (paid $30 for ATAC cleats at the LBS! )
So back to Serotta. I called, Lindsy (I think) talked with me, took my frame details, and called me back with a quote and is shipping them to my front door for less than a pair of ATAC cleats cost me at the LBS.
They have always provided me with fast replies about frame details, and ship fast when you buy anything.
Other than one man outfits, I can't think of many companies that offer such high quality products with customer service to boot!
