7800 Dura Ace Brifters - how to tell double from triple

I've come into possession of a set of 7800 series brifters. How do you tell if they are double or triple? Are they marked differently, or are there a different number of clicks on the front shifter?

'7803' should be the part# on the left/front shifter, IIRC.
