Steve,

I don't think it's a turbo (no air intakes in front of rear wheels), so you might have a chance....

Oh it's a turbo .... air intake is adjacent to rear wing.

This kind of think should help reduce taxpayer contributions to prosecuting fleeing criminals when they try to out-run one of these and end up retired of this life after burying their American made vehicle in a telephone pole right after their suspension explodes doing 150 mph.

Years ago the CHP obtained some specially prepared Trans-Ams to chase down Ferrarris and Lamborghinis. I tangled with one on Mulholland back in the day. He was good and just having fun with his new wheels so I got away without a ticket. Good cars in their day.

I can just imagine a Barney Fife-type officer driving that thing - scary.

Ray,

I still disagree. The small air ducts on the rear wing are complementary to the turbo intakes in the rear quarter panels. You can add that type of wing on any mere mortal NA motor. This car has what looks like techart wheels and techart side skirts. I'll bet you a pint of your choosing that this is actually a C4S (wide body, 4wd, but no turbo intake in the rear quarter panels).
