What are your thoughts? But still stiff enough that is feels very responsive.
Thanks

One that fits -
IF you can find one that fits -
Then the Hors Categorie rules supreme.

The one with 28c tires?

Since the Hors is no longer made, I would have to say the Ottrott... is what you are looking for

The Ottrott SE is by far and away the smoothest riding bike in the line. The ability to choose between 4 carbon tube layups, ti diameters/wall thicknesses, and of course the ST pivot all add up to comfort. All without a huge performance cost.

For these reasons and more, the Ottrott ST is the benchmark for the Serotta ride.

Thanks.
I have a Look 585 which is killer comfortable, more so then my 09 Tarmac PRO SL. As I get older comfort is more important.

What is your definition of "comfortable"? It's not necessarily the same for everyone.

I think it's pretty close for everyone...

What gets you there might be different. Maybe it's higher bars or more flex or.... Fit and flex are pretty simply tuned with lots of models.

But the point is asking what the most comfortable Serotta is could be pretty simply answered with a "yes".

Definition would be most comfortable with no flex in the bottom bracket to get max efficiency. Pretty much what most bike companies have been trying to do for years.

I dont think you can overlook the Ottrott's baby brother the Fiete It. Perhaps not quite an Ottrott in that you are working with standard versus custom tubing, but pretty close overall to an Ottrott. I ride my It with Vittoria Open Corsa 25c tires and it is a wonderful ride.

Look for it on the 2010 website.

Very nicely done. You almost had me clicking over to the website to find it.

It would be cool to see Serotta put out something along those lines every now and again. Kinda like the motor bike. Not for sale, just for fun.

Maybe if/when the economic tide turns for the better again.

Is, in my "butt" experience, the one that can achieve this bests. Keep in mind that wheels, tires, and fit also have a large bearing on comfort. The ti is very close. (Just my butt feelings) Pete

The Ottrott ST is the most "tuneable" frameset that Serotta offers. Just be sure that your fitter fully understands your expectations before the order is placed. I think there is 4 different tube layups for the top and down tubes. 3 different chainstay options and 2 or 3 different seatstay options. I think they now have 4 different fork layups too! A whole lot of choices to get the ride quality dialed in.
