Bicycle Garage Indy, a Serotta dealer, also has a fitness division. BGI sponsored a class on Phil Campbell's Sprint 8 workout presented by Phil Campbell the author of Ready, Set, Go!. In addition they offered a supervised workout on upright and recumbent exercise bikes, ellipticals, and treadmills. I was on an upright bike.

The fitness regimen that Phil recommends seems to have cutting edge scientific study supporting it.

Has anyone read Phil's book, Ready, Set, Go!

Has anyone done the Sprint 8 workouts on a consistent, long-term basis? If so, what results have you seen?

Has anyone followed the Level 1,2, or 3 fitness plans? Results? I have never done Plyometrics or E-Lifts before and am very interested on comments or observations relating to these exercises.
