What's up with Hyperbolts.com

Hi

I recently had an order from Hyperbolts.com in the USA and they shorted me on some items. I sent 3 polite emails (over the span of 4 weeks) attempting to get the remaining items. No reply back from my emails. They don't list a phone number to call.......


Does anyone know what's up with them - or am I just screwed?

Interesting what a little internet chatter can do for an unresolved matter........on hyperbolts side of things I can understand how they might have thought here's someone trying to screw them (get the joke) on a few items - where as my view was there was no attempt to communicate with a customer that potentially had been short changed.

Well anyways, a litte internet chatter has helped resolve the matter.

Thanks to those that checked in - for now hyperbolts will remain on my go to list (GREAT stuff!!! - but come on guys - you need better contact information on your website).
