It was raining, and they dissolved from the salt water spray. :) They were made from sugar and spice and everything nice. :)

Good thing he wasn't riding R-Sys wheels. When a carbon bike spontaneously comes apart like that, the carbon spokes explode.

on another note, assuming this happened recently, whats a Garmin rider doing riding around on 2 year old Dura Ace (plus frame)? Are budgets that tight?
