ok, here is something bike related: today's ride in the foothills of the Cascade's - one of the reasons I love the West: sheer drops, big trees and fast water. And an unseasonably warm 55 degrees ; )

Maybe I'll post ride pictures tomorrow, it will consist of my extra room, with my bike on the trainer.

Enjoy being able to ride in the woods!

Bryce Creek, which flows into the Row River, which flows into a Branch of the Willamette.

Tree size: it is huge, a good 6-7 feet across

Hey 007,,, meant to ask you, any signs of BIG FOOT, I'd be careful if I was you, ridding all alone, in them there woods. Next time you do that, I suggest you let your fellow forumites know, so we got your back...

look us up - there's a few of us from these parts that hang out here. And, as I'm sure you know, the Willamette Valley has a few vineyards that produce a few bottles of red now and then!

Great Shots. Those rocks by the river look crazy slippery!
