I have some 9 speed (round top) Chorus ergo levers. I want to upgrade them to 10 speed. If I do this will they work with the newer Carbon bodied Chorus 10 speed rear derailleur?

there is only one flavor of campy 10 (unlike the 9 speed) should work no problem.
