Does anyone know the model name and year of manufacture on this
vintage Serotta non suspension MTB? There is no model name on the
TT, maybe it's a custom? Rear spacing is 128mm
Ser# AX521095
Non sloping TT, rack mounts, my size!
Thanks for any help

I believe that's a Colorado ATX, 52cm size.
The 128mm dropout spacing is a result of damage.
It could be respaced without problem.

Thanks Brian;
Was the original spacing 130 or 135?
This bike had a pair of Peter White wheels on it and it
appears to have been made into a 128 on purpose for those wheels.
One more question...
Will those brake mounts handle cantis? (Assuming installation of hangers)
or are they specific to V-brakes? I was thinking of converting this to drop bars.
Sorry, I'm a road bike guy.

PM sent.
I'd go 135mm and cantis on that one unless you're sure you want something else and willing to pay to get there.

Threw some parts on and took my new old school MTB for a ride today.
Sweet, light (23lbs) I think it's going to be fun throwing money at this project.
I'll post final pix in the gallery if it ever gets finished.
