Speedplay X's and Zero's ???

Hi all,

I have been using Speedplay Zero's for about a year now and I really love them. I put a pair on my wife's bike and she is having a hell of a time clipping in to them. This is after 500 miles of riding. I've loosened the cleats, tightened the cleats, lubed the cleats, yada,yada, yada! Oh, btw, she has no problem clipping out, just in.

Ok, the question is: Are the X series easier to get into the the Zero's? If so, I will gladly buy her a pair.

have you tried oil on the springs?

The x series are very easy to get into.Make sure the cleats on your wifes shoes are level to the sole and not being arced as you tighten them.My next door neighbor still finds it difficult to clip into his zeros after more than a year of riding.
