Canti cable hanger?

I'm searching for a fork crown mounted canti brake cable hanger...ideally in black, or machined titanium (fat chance) but I can't find one. Any ideas?

Try to track down a shop that is an old school Cdale dealer. They may have a transitional stash from when folks started upgrading to liner pulls.

There's a thread on here somewhere about them. Somebody located an Amazon vendor that had them in silver as well.
