Anybody know what the max tire size is for the Paul Racer brakes (the braze-on version).

Henry Graber's new 650B custom, which will have 650Bx42mm Hetre tires, is going to have brazed on Paul Racers.

So will my Bilenky. The brakes will clear those tires plus a 58 mm wide Honjo fender.

That's great. So I think I can safely assume that the brakes will clear a 45mm tire with no fender.

Probably, provided the frame and fork are compatible.

Allow me to elaborate: a frame might accomodate Paul Racers without optimal clearance (pads near the top of the slot) in which case clearance may not be sufficient.
