Looking to diversify my roller workouts and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

It can get boring but I find that the times goes faster if I try and do some "tasks". My rollers have a mag resistance so there are more options but you can try and do sets of high cadence -like 110 for 5 minute sets 5 minute rest and then you can try some 53x12 low cadence efforts the same times.
I even do core work like moving hand from the tops to the drops for sets of ten both hands at once and then do one handed in each position etc.
I know you were looking for a more specific routine but these do help a bit

I get on my fixie and listen to Moby's superb new album - 'Wait for Me'. Just ride to the beat.

The only good roller workout is one that involves changes in altitude. :)

I glued cobble veneer on mine and use them only in the dark behind the furnace. My long suffering bride douses me with a bucket of mud every 5 minutes

Funny. I was talking with my friend today at the Cross Boss CX race north KC, and we were trying to figure out to get a CX workout on a trainer. You nailed it!
