Thanks one and all.

I did race hard today but a pre-race crash limited any decent results. I am a bit scraped up as are my helmet and shifter levers but I will be fine. Lot's of ice, ibuprofen, and maybe even a little red (not with the ibuprofen of course), and time will heal all wounds.

I understand bandages completely after the cross race at Canton on Saturday. I have them on my right elbow, right hip, right knee, and right shin.
