Suggestions on Taiwan Carbon

There are several venders selling on Ebay who offer very nice frames at reasonable prices. I built up one for another forum member this summer and was impressed with the quality. The buyer loves the bike and hopefully will post with more information and the name of the seller.

Anyone know anything about Neuvation carbon bikes? $1695 for an Ultegra bike complete seems well priced.

get a steel bike instead, good idea
