Looking at the rear triangle, it looks to be a Burley frame. They used the one piece seat stay/chainstay didn't they? However, the wavy fork must be a Pinarello Onda, and of course the wheels are Nimble Flys.

Well, it's an easy part swap, so don't let it deter you William. I've got a 130mm stem in the basement that runs pretty long (more like a 140). Yours for the cost of shipping if you're interested.

Something about it just bugs me.
Plus, rake is way off and no way can you get KOPS on that thing. I'd say take a pass.
