Shamal 12 HPW 9 speed with 11 speed cassette

I went to put my 11 Speed Chorus cassette on my Shamal 12 9 speed wheelset and found that the 12-25 cassette fit on but the lockring was too large. I tried a 9 speed lockring I had on a Record wheelset and found the same thing. Any idea on what part I need to make it work together?

You need an 11T lockring with the smaller 26mm thread. The newer hubs have 27mm threads.
