Yep, that's what I was lookin at. At that price it would be hard to go wrong, I suppose. Just listening for the voice of experience.

I am almost positive this frame was reviewed in road bike action magazine in one the past few issues.....I think it had some positive reviews if I remember correctly

From what I remember reading, I believe it's the only TIME not made in "Europe." FWIW.
