'handbuilt in usa' graphic on custom paint?

I designed an ottrott GS in the paint program, but i think it would look much better with the new 'handbuilt in the usa SEROTTA' logo on the downtube as featured on bikes like the HSG. Is that something that serotta would do for me, considering its a GS with more limited customize options?
